TBR Mix n' Mingle

Welcome back to another edition of TBR Mix n’ Mingle. On the first Wednesday of every month, we share our most anticipated reads and invite you to do the same!

Make sure to add your TBR list in the linkup at the bottom of the post. Don’t forget to check out all of the other TBR lists linked as well! Don’t have a blog? Tell us about the books you want to read in the comments below.

Here’s what we’re reading this month:

Joli:

December for me is going to be a great month to get some reading done, as I’ll be spending a good while up at the family cabin with many eligible babysitters around 🙂 I’m craving some light/fast reading these days, so I’m picking a couple books that fit that bill.

Dear Committee Members by Julie Schumacher: This author is a faculty member here in the Cities in the English department at the U of M. This book has been recommended to me before, and I picked up an officially withdrawn library copy for 50 cents. So, it’s about time I read it! Also, Schumacher just published another novel in August called The Shakespeare Requirement that sounds right up my alley, but it’s a follow-up to Dear Committee Members.

Watching You by Lisa Jewell: I’ve read and reviewed several of Jewell’s books, and this new one is being released on December 26th! I’m not sure if it’s one I’ll get to read this month, but it’s coming out and I’d love to read it.
